PRESENTATION HELP
Q. When I watch a video, sometimes it stops in the middle of playback and then starts up again a few seconds later. Why?
A. That's called buffering. To make the video as watchable as possible, videos will download and play simultaneously. Sometimes, the playback goes faster than the download, causing the video to stop playing until more information is downloaded. It's pretty common.
Q. When I select a video to watch, nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?
A. Probably not. Chances are there might be a broken link, or maybe something wrong with the video itself. Send up a note at [ADDRESS HERE], and we'll check it out. Another reason could be that you haven't selected a video file at all. It could be a PDF. Check your desktop to see if a new PDF document has downloaded onto your computer.
Q. Is there any way to see the video presentations larger?
A. Sure. On the video progress bar (the long horizontal bar right below the video display area), look for the square box with the outlined corner, directly to the left of the volume control. Click that, and the video will play in full screen mode.
